Aphrodite - Inner Goddess
We spend so much time paying attention to others, their needs and opinions. Today is the day for you to pay attention to yourself. You cannot serve from an empty cup. You need to take care of yourself first before you cans serve others. Also very often we undermine and undervalue ourself and base our life on others’ approvals and standards. We never stop to imagine what would we want from our own life. It was found that one of the biggest regrets of dying has been “I wish I had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.” Today unleash your divinity from within, don’t be scared of your power. True power never harms anyone. Only when you suppress it, it lashes out in anger. Get in touch with your feminine side through dance, creativity and self-care. Have gratitude for what you have. Appreciate yourself for who you are. You are perfect in every sense. Stop listening to those who say otherwise. Love yourself, take yourself out on a date. Spend time doing something that you really like and have wanted to do. Stop the excuses and stop being harsh on yourself. You deserve all the love. with Grace and Light Meetu Sehgal For in-depth and personal tarot readings, you can connect with me on 9953753637. I also offer personal transformation coaching sessions. Today is about transformation, about becoming aware of the changes happening within you and around you. Awareness is the quality that triggers the process of transformation. Butterflies are the symbol of transformation. When you spot butterflies either in real life or in dreams, it means things are shifting in your life, pay attention to the signs, to your dreams. They hold real guidance for you. Do not dismiss any happenings as coincidences. Everything has a reason behind it, even though we may not understand it yet. Stay open to the changes. It may not be easy for it is inevitable and for your best. Even a butterfly undergoes difficult but inevitable transformation from a caterpillar to a beautiful being. Goddess Kali - Endings and New Beginnings
Goddess Kali is the epitome of change and transformation. The much revered and feared goddess is the one who brings in change when things are stuck, negative or in inertia. Her mention is powerful enough to bring waves of powerful and necessary change. At times in life too, we get stuck, attached to the past and unable (sometimes unwilling) to move ahead. Getting stuck even in painful situations sometimes feels like a comfort zone because there is no idea what lies ahead - the fear or uncertainty of it can keep us from moving ahead. Today’s message ties in perfectly with yesterdays’s message about transformation. Awareness is the beginning of a change process, but it's the energy of change (that of Goddess Kali) that helps us get unstuck, sometimes in the form of a jolt or a kick in the back that is needed for us to move ahead. If this is a theme that you have been working on or dwelling on, this is the perfect time to take action, to do something to make the change happen. Today might be a day about intense activity - mostly physical, some mental and emotional. Take some time to gather yourself and your energies and become proactive about the change process. If you are unsure which area of life to begin with or what needs change, ask yourself - what do I need in my life? And what in my present life is not helping me towards it? You will know the answer. If you are unsure of how to begin the change, take a first step, no matter how tiny it is. Initiate proactive action. An affirmation that might help you with this is “I am safe and I flow easily with change.” with Grace and Light Meetu Sehgal For in-depth and personal tarot readings, you can connect with me on 9953753637 Goddess Damara - Guiding Children
Damara is the Celtic Goddess of fertility, health, kindness and abundance. Today she brings the message for you to take care of your children or your inner child. We all have a child within us who feels too much, wants to be happy and have fun. Just as you take care of your children or of children in your family, similarly you need to take care of your inner child as well. Every time you are unkind and harsh on yourself, you are doing that behaviour to your inner child. Imagine how a child would feel is you behaved like that with them. Would they be happy and motivated to change or would they shut down and become sad or angry or aloof? Any positive change comes from love, not from scolding or criticism. Today the goddess is guiding you to be gentle and kind to yourself. Sometimes it's difficult to do that given our upbringing where we are taught to be proper and obedient. But remember how protective a mother is towards her child? You need to do the same with your inner child, nurture them with love, protect them from unkind words and actions and gently and lovingly guide them ahead in the world. In doing so, you feel immense love coming from within. If you have ever wanted to experience and learn self love, this is your way ahead. Grace and Light Meetu Sehgal Isis - Past Life
Navratri is a new beginning and every new beginning is preceded by an ending. Today’s message is for you to close the past chapters so that new ones can begin. Goddess Isis is the Egyptian Goddess of fertility and feminity. The card is the past life card which says that this situation involves your past life memories. The memories don’t necessarily have to be from past life, they can be from the past in this life. You don’t have to remember particular memories if that’s not your strong suit. Having a sense of what needs to be let go of, what needs to change and what within you needs to transform is enough for these energies to help you take a step ahead. Today sit in meditation for a while and allow your higher self to speak to you, to tell you what within you needs to change or let go. Be completely honest with yourself. Don’t censor any thought or word. All is welcome. Don’t doubt if you will hear or understand, because you are always being guided. You cannot go wrong. Have faith and trust. Wishing you a happy Durga Puja and Hope you have a transformational Navratri! We are energy beings. We run on energy called the life force energy, or bioenergy or prana. Everything we eat, do or experience either increases our energy or depletes it. This includes the food we eat, our lifestyle, people we interact with, our motions, habits and patterns. Just as blood runs in our body through veins and arteries, similarly energy runs in our body through energy meridians. These are the invisible energy channels that run throughout our body. They are called nadis in sanskrit. Wherever two meridians interact, it creates a swirl of energy which is called a chakra. Chakra in sanskrit means wheel. According to an ancient text, there are 72,000 nadis or energy meridians in our body and there are 18,000 chakras. Out of these, there are 7 major chakras where maximum number of meridians intersect. These 7 major chakras create a sort of energy backbone of our body. Why is it necessary to know about chakras and energy?Stress is an epidemic that is a side effect of the modern civilization and hectic schedules. With the cutthroat competition, responsibilities at work and at home, stress has become a partner in life.
Stress commonly refers to a response of the body to handle situations that the mind perceives as threat to survival. In ancient times it was coming face-to-face with a tiger; in today’s world it is financial stress, family responsibilities, demands from the work environment etc. Though none of these factors actually threaten our survival, yet the demands they make on us give us a feeling of impending doom if not fulfilled. In response to any of these factors, the body releases stress hormones that increase the heart rate, blood pressure, contraction of muscles etc. In effect the blood moves from the visceral region (chest and abdomen that holds all our vital organs) to our limbs to prepare us to fight the threat or run away from it. The problem is not stress, but sustained stress without any relaxation. If, due to stress response, the majority of our blood stays in our limbs away from the vital organs, it weakens the functioning of organs like heart, stomach, liver, lungs etc. This makes us more susceptible to diseases like heart problems, liver disorders, migraines, digestive system disorder and so on. It also makes us more prone to addictions to alcohol, cigarettes, drugs etc. because they may be one of the ways to deal with the sustained stress we are facing. The most often known methods of dealing with stress are meditation, physical activity and taking vacations. But given the hectic lifestyle and busy schedules, it becomes difficult to be consistent with anything. Here are 5 tips on how to handle stress that you can use even with your hectic lifestyle with ease. 1. Meditation Meditation does not necessarily mean sitting for an hour and trying to make an effort. That defeats the whole purpose of meditation. Finding a few quiet minutes in the day can work like magic. There are many different ways to meditate. Pick one that suits your style and is comfortable. (i) Follow your breath You don’t have to have your eyes closed for this process so you can even do it while travelling to and fro from your office. Focus on your breath moving in and moving out from your nose. Keep your attention on the breath. This is the best form of meditation and helps you get centered and calm. (ii) Watch your thoughts Sit in a quiet place for a while and watch your thoughts. The important thing here is to just be a spectator. Its like sitting in a stadium or theatre and watching the things happen on the screen. Let the thoughts flow without getting involved in it. If you find your mind drifting away, gently bring it back and continue. This helps you get clear in the head, calm down and get rid of excessive thoughts. (iii) Awareness meditation Whenever you are doing any activity, become completely aware in that moment about your actions and whatever is happening. Get totally involved such that you are not in your head, you are not in your thoughts, in past or in future. This is something you can do anytime of the day, anywhere, doing anything. It is a form of meditation and also helps you excel in your work. 2. Breathe Remember to breathe. During stressful situations, we sometimes forget to breathe deeply. It adds to the stress in the body. So whenever you remember, take a few deep breaths and exhale through mouth. It also helps you take your mind off work for a few moments so when you come back to work, you mind is fresh and ready with new ideas and solutions. 3. Grounding Grounding means getting centered and coming into the present. It is easy to get lost in work or duties. Because of this we lose touch with the present moment and stress can catch us off-guard. Grounding is simple and easy, helps you have a sharper and clearer mind and releases excessive thoughts. The whole process takes about a minute. To ground yourself, sit comfortably, imagine roots coming out from the bottom of your feet and going deep into the earth into its core. All this while, breathe deeply imagining the breath going into your roots. Next part is optional – imagine all your stress, worries, negative energy, excessive thoughts etc. going into the roots out of your body into the earth clearing your body and energy. 4. Thumbs up approach Gently wrap the thumb of your one hand with the other hand (like a baby holds your finger). This is a technique from Jin Shin Jyutsu where the thumb represents the attitude of Worry. Holding it harmonizes the body and releases stress. 5. Look for miracles – How can this get better? Miracles don’t have to be big incidences. It can be as little as finding a good seat on the bus, finding a good parking space easily and so on. To find miracles, expect miracles to happen. When things are not going as per your plans, repeat this statement out loud or in your mind – “How can this get better?” It directs your energy in the positive direction and opens up opportunities for something good to happen. ![]() New beginning can have varied levels of meaning depending on where you are in life. It could be the start of a new job or a relationship; it may be a new beginning in an old relationship or career. It may be a new beginning of your life. When looked at from the perspective of conscious living, new beginning is about unlearning all that you had learnt and learning your truth, living from it. It is when you start seeing life as it is, not as we perceive it. We all live in our reality map and this map is different from everyone else’s map. It is very different from the reality. Our map comprises of how we perceive our world, through what filters such as from love, fear, compassion, feeling of lack or abundance. What is Reality Map? How is it different from Reality As It Is? To explain the concept of reality map, suppose we are designing a map of a city. It has various features like parks, houses, commercial spaces, amusement parks with roller coasters, mountains and lake. In reality, we experience this world through our emotional connections to these places. If we find roller coaster and amusement park exciting and exhilarating, we write on the map – place of joy and fun. If we are afraid of water, we write a fearful feature in place of the lake on the map and so on. This map may be very different from another person’s map as for them a lake may be very refreshing but an amusement park may be scary. But the fact is none of these maps actually mirror the reality. That is why for some people the world is a very scary and difficult place but at the same time for some people the world is a very safe and nurturing space. What does this mean for you? An experience that is comfortable for you may be uncomfortable for someone else for example, a relationship or social situation. But since we are seeing the world and interpreting it from our reality map, we may not be able to understand what the other person is saying or what he/she means. This is the biggest reason behind misunderstandings and communication gap. Understanding this could mean the difference between a harmonious relationship and a separation. Read more... Transformation Circle is a group healing methodology where the participant’s energy (concern) sets the direction and tone for the healing process and in-turn it acts as the catalyst for the transformation/healing of the whole group. Connected through a single theme, we explore different areas/concerns that trouble the participants and work on healing and resolving them using tools like EFT, NLP and Energy Healing. Be it an issue regarding relationships, health, career or the deep inner pain, we all face these situations that seem so out of hand and uncontrolled. For some it could even be amplified though full blown anxiety or/and depression, for others it could be just manageable but can make some moments of your life feel miserable. What if it is possible to get rid of this constant pain? What if you could be free to live the life you always dreamt of with happiness and growth?
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Energy Healing methodologies have the key to heal any and every challenge you face. These 'power-tools' help you to re-route brain’s Neuro-pathways and build self-worth, so you can finally climb out of the self-defeating, deeply-dug trenches that are keeping you disabled. These ‘power-tools’ have been clinically proven to reduce stress, trauma and other physiological and psychological problems. Why Group healing The group acts as a sacred space where you can be open and honest about your deepest feeling and issues. The group usually involves people who are on different planes of personal growth and different personality. Many a times it’s hard to exactly verbalize and pinpoint the challenge you are facing. However, it becomes easy when someone who is already working on it and is little open brings the issue up and the healing process for the whole group happens. Your presence and openness to work along the group flow is enough for the healing to happen. The energy of the group acts as a catalyst to bring the issues out in the open and the facilitators guide you in healing them then and there. That’s the power of the Transformation Circle group healing. How TC Works Using a particular theme, the group explores the core reason for various issues that individual participants are facing in that area of their life. We go straight to the heart of the issue in each session gently and safely. The facilitator guides the participants into the healing process and uses NLP, EFT and Energy Healing interventions to heal these issues. This is an experiential workshop where the participants give and receive sessions to each other under the guidance of the facilitators. This gives you a deeper understanding and experience of the processes that enables you to continue on your healing journey as well. Along with the healing, these sessions are also educative as we explore and understand the underlying dynamics and the core issues about the theme. It is a growth-oriented, healing methodology that aims to assist you in growing a healthy, emotionally independent, rock-solid sense of Self. It's a holistic approach to ending pain and healing, which encompasses your mind, body and spirit--because if we don't respond to all three parts of you, we're neglecting two-thirds of that pie. It works to achieve healing on various levels, because if the mind and spirit maintain disharmony, it's not long before the body reflects it! Transformation Circle assists you with gaining a solid emotional education, so you can begin to understand your Self, and others. It helps you comprehend why you've acted in the ways you have, and the basis of your self-sabotaging behaviours and patterns. It goes directly to the core of these issues, and helps you dismantle them, once and for all. Our lack of abundance, prosperity or love is merely a symptom of far deeper issues. When our foundation is weak/crumbling, any structures we build on it cannot remain intact. Transformational Circle brings about tangible, foundational change. You'll be using self-worth building exercises and strategies that help you build a strong/sturdy personal foundation, so that self-sabotaging behaviors and faulty beliefs can be dismantled and eliminated. You will realize that the power of your life is in your hand. You also get to experience and learn the tools that enable you to manage and resolve issues in your hand. The sessions are enlightening, motivating, something to think about, and something that inspire action to make a change. It's about helping you thrive, rather than just survive or feel "okay" about your life. Manu Panicker and Meetu Sehgal Life Coach and Trainers |
