We spend so much time paying attention to others, their needs and opinions. Today is the day for you to pay attention to yourself.

You cannot serve from an empty cup. You need to take care of yourself first before you cans serve others. Also very often we undermine and undervalue ourself and base our life on others’ approvals and standards. We never stop to imagine what would we want from our own life.

It was found that one of the biggest regrets of dying has been “I wish I had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”

Today unleash your divinity from within, don’t be scared of your power. True power never harms anyone. Only when you suppress it, it lashes out in anger. Get in touch with your feminine side through dance, creativity and self-care.

Have gratitude for what you have. Appreciate yourself for who you are. You are perfect in every sense. Stop listening to those who say otherwise. Love yourself, take yourself out on a date. Spend time doing something that you really like and have wanted to do.

Stop the excuses and stop being harsh on yourself. You deserve all the love.
